Responsibilities:
• Design/Estimate Structured Cabling Solution for high rise towers, shopping malls, hotels, villas, resorts, schools, etc. according to consultant specifications, TIA/EIA/ISO Standards and latest Service provider guidelines (TRA, Etisalat, DU & UTT specification).
• Coordinate with Client/Consultant/Contractor/Service Provider to get detailed information for the specific project.
• Estimate and Prepare Bill of Quantities for projects based on Drawings and Specification.
• Support sales team by preparing and submitting Quotations of estimated bill of quantities to the customers.
• Support sales team by following-up with customers for the quotations provided.
• Coordinate with the technical team in the manufacturing facilities to enhance technical performance of existing products, addition of new products, etc. to comply with the project specifications.
• Work closely with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to develop opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Support technical team with creating Datasheets for new products.
• Developing all kinds of documentations related to project requirement starting from Prequalification Submittal, Material/Technical Submittal, Compliance Statement, schematics etc.
• Meeting Consultants/Clients to clarify technical queries.
• Respond on time and accurately to customer questions, RFI’s and develop sound relationship with key account players.
• Convert quotations into sales orders and coordinate with the client and operations department for on time deliveries.
• Provide weekly reports to Senior management team for the quotations provided.
• Support Sales team by preparing monthly stock forecast to ensure minimum stock quantities are maintained throughout the year.
• Support Sales team by preparing weekly billing forecast to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
