Previously, I worked within two Middle East countries namely Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE and Doha, Qatar with high-volume of customers and tourists. I’ve been a Commis chef in Dubai and pastry chef in Doha that’s creates a wonderful pieces of art with high quality standard. And has been a Concierge Executive of the one of the finest condominium residence in the Philippine. Then after, I went back in UAE and worked as Bell Attendant in one of the luxury hotel in JBR at Rixos Premium Dubai.
I’m currently an Computer Delivered IELTS test administrator were I managed and facilitate IELTS test at Al Bayan International Institute but before that, I was an admin assistant in the same company where I got promoted to my current role. Having this role, I got a chance to engage in student activities for their training programs and do admin works and maintain the security and integrity of IELTS test.
Working with different nationalities is difficult but life changing. And through determination and perseverance, it helped me to survived, learned and made me a better version of myself today. To all the responsibilities handed to me, I always demonstrated my ability to resolve variety of issues and complaints, and satisfied the customers, student and parents needs and had been proactive employee at all times. And also, I consistently met my daily production rate in high quality standards that was vital to the operation. And most of all, I always contributed to come up with an innovative operations procedure that is highly relevant in the global industry today, that is, to be more competitive, effective and efficient.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time employment as a waiter while in college just to support my studies. I have high computer proficiencies namely, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MICROS Opera, IFCA and Adobe Photoshop.
