Let me tell you about myself:
I have good hard skills. I work with 100% confidence in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, as well as part of the functions of many other programs. I know how to make animation, 3D and landing pages;
I have a fairly extensive experience in developing corporate identity, brand books, logos, social networks design;
I draw by hand vector and raster illustrations on a graphic tablet or computer;
I created a lot of advertising banners for websites and various communication materials;
I developed many presentations for both commercial and internal needs of companies;
I have conducted marketing and sociological research (surveys, focus groups, SWOT analysis, etc.), so I always base my design not only on personal feelings, but also on analytics;
I can work productively both in a team with other designers, marketers, managers, etc., and independently. Was a mentor for new designers in the team and coordinated their work;
